Working with youth takes a special kind of person.  Why? Because it is like having 100 teenagers all going through normal hormone changes at once! But the importance of having those special people to be there for your youth is undefinable. Unfortunately it takes financial support, in-kind donations, and most importantly dedicated volunteers. It also takes offering incentives to youth for being involved in community projects. These incentives fall into a pizza after a day of working in a neighborhood clean up or a building to host a pro-social gathering.  These incentives may not sound like much but they can mean the difference in a sucessful program and one that can't keep youth engaged.  You can help!
